How to spot a fake result website
Lookalike sites copy board names to collect roll numbers, phone numbers or payments. Six checks before you type anything.
- Read the address bar. Compare it with the address on our page for that board. Most boards use an .edu.pk address, but not all (BISE Lahore uses biselahore.com). A board's name inside an address you have never seen, such as an .it.com address, is a warning sign.
- Never pay a website to see a result. And never send a CNIC or bank detail to see one.
- Be wary of “traffic-proof portal” claims. Unofficial sites that copy the board's name and style are not the board.
- No logo makes a site official. Logos are easy to copy. The address is what counts.
- Use the board's SMS service only with a board-confirmed code. Codes are often copied wrongly; see our SMS codes with sources.
- When in doubt, start from a trusted list. Our board pages link to each board's own site and say plainly when an address is not yet hand-verified.
Result Ghar itself is not a board website and never asks for your roll number. Why that matters.
